Explore the meaning of life

Alpha is an opportunity for any adult to find out more about the Christian faith in a relaxed setting. Alpha is low-key, friendly, and fun! It consists of 10 Wednesday evening sessions for men and women.

Dinner: There is a light meal together at the beginning of each session which gives people a chance to get to know each other.


Video & Discussion: After each video presentation, we divide into small groups to discuss the topic of the evening, ask questions, and express opinions.

   

 

 Topics may include:

  • How Does God Guide Us?
  • Who Is the Holy Spirit?
  • Who is Jesus?  
  • How Can I Resist Evil?
  • Why and How Should We Tell Others?
  • Does God Heal Today?
  • Why and How Do We Pray?
  • How Can I Make the Most of the Rest of My Life?

Alpha is for everyone, especially:

  • Those wanting to investigate Christianity
  • New Christians
  • Newcomers to the church
  • Those who want to brush up on the basics

There is no charge for Alpha. We just want you to have the opportunity to find out more about God. Alpha is held three times throughout the year, beginning in January, April, and September. Sign up is available online approximately one month prior to the start of each session.

Members of the congregation are encouraged to invite their friends and famly and attend with them.

Fall 2008 Alpha begins on Sept. 17 and is held on Wednesday evenings through Nov. 19.
